Walks and hikes
Walkers should not hesitate to follow the river to the remarkable old bridge at Bono, for example. Auray is also a great starting point for cycling to beaches such as Locmariaquer and Saint-Philibert, some fifteen kilometres away. You can also reach Carnac-Plage, via the megalithic alignments on the moor or La Trinité-sur-Mer.

Saint-Anne-d'Auray is the jewel of Brittany's religious heritage. An important place of pilgrimage, its majestic 19th-century basilica reigns over its sanctuary, along with other monuments such as its 17th-century cloister and the Scala Santa.
